Encouraging Your Spirit

ACCESSIBLE.  Take your next step on this food journey.  I’ve placed it on your heart.  You know.  Simply join in.  Ask for my help in the moment.  This can be easy.  Yes!  Don’t compare to others.  Don’t hold onto the old. Lift your heart and plate to Me.  You will find refreshment.  You will find all that you need.  You will find Me.          

Bible Wisdom

Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I’m gentle, humble, easy to please. You will find refreshment and rest in me.  Matthew 11:29

Prayer

God, it blows my mind that Your ways are easy.  That’s not what the world I can see says.  It doesn’t feel that way.  Show me how that’s true.  This next step I’m convicted to take.  Store it up deep inside my heart.  Stock up in me the life and choice staples found only in You.  In Jesus Name, Amen
