I love simple foods with textural variety. Tonight was air fried cubes of tofu seasoned with braggs aminos. Makes it crunchy on the outside and firm on the inside. So good. Added garbanzo and black beans with no salt salsa wrapped and raw onions in romain leaves. So yummy. #wfpb
- 1/5 block extra firm tofu
- Braggs aminos
- 1/2 C garbanzo beans
- 1/2 C black beans
- 1/4 raw onion, minced
- 6 romain leaves
Air fry tofu sprayed with braggs for 13 minutes.
Assemble into a taco.

Didn't take rocket science to sort I'm still insulin resistant (IR) even with all the plants...
