Encouraging Your Spirit

DANCE. I brought everything – the cosmos, the strong and delicate rhythm of the earth, the intricacy of your human form – into being.  Everything that was made, has been made by My hands.  I sustain and fulfill love in creating.  Creating luscious foods of the garden. Creating new life and health in you.  Life in you is My movement of love.

Prayer

God, I lift my arms and twirl around.   I ponder Your mysteries.  I’m amazed at Your festive, living, giving dance of love in every breath and in every challenge. You are good.  You are with me in every bite. Thank-you. In Jesus Name, Amen
