Encouraging Your Spirit
KNOW HOW. Stop trying to stop. It is counter intuitive because the world is an upside-down place. The path to change is not a secret. Lasting transformation is not built on resolve or a cycle of knuckled success and indulgent guilt. Those paths will fail you. I have painted the path of change within the wisdom of My words. Focus your attention on bringing Me into your thoughts. Each thought is a seed. Respect Me by acknowledging you are not designed to walk this alone. Seek Me while I may be found.

If you really want to gain knowledge, you must begin by having respect for the Lord . But foolish people hate wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7
Prayer
God, I’m really trying Lord. And in the trying I get so easily stuck in the cycle of being focused on what to stop. Forgive my willfulness. Holy Spirit I invite you anew to seed all my thoughts with Your provision and goodness. Fill me with Your instruction so there is no room for the foolishness of being focused on what to stop. In Jesus Name, Amen
