Encouraging Your Spirit

ENGAGE. I have placed at your fingertips a community of support.  I will help you attack the food army taking too much of your attention.  I will help you jump over the walls.  I have not left you alone.  I AM is with you and my community of plant-based believers will steady and strengthen.  Find them.  I AM your help.

Prayer

God, the daily choices are mine to make but help me not to go this alone.  Thank you for the light of living without shame even in conviction.  In Jesus Name, Amen
