SUPER CHARGE your body’s ability to heal, avoid cancer and release unnecessary weight. Eat seeds. Eat beans of any kind: black, red, northern, fava, kidney, navy. lentils, mung, split-pea and more. Soak them. Cook them. Enjoy them. Add them to your salads. Beans fill you up without weighing you down. Cooked mushrooms inhibit cancer growth (angiogenesis inhibitors) by not letting it grow. Mushrooms stick to abnormal cells (antigen-binding lectins) so your t-cells can recognize bad cells that need removed. Trust Me. I AM infinitely wise. I’ve designed food to protect you. It IS good.
