TIRED RESILIENCE. Day in and day out the changes in what you eat and when you eat are taking hold. The new is settling in but the tired may remain. The weary will subside. It’s only your bodies version of “Wednesday”. As your whole being is feeling like a work week that is half completed with more to go – stay the course. Don’t become weary. Just walk on.

Prayer
God, Your amazing. Reveal in me in this moment energy and ability to not be overcome by the weary. Help me do good to my own body by eating with You and from your garden. I’m not giving up. In Jesus Name, Amen
