Has the YoYo found you? You know … that creeping up of weight or health issues. Uggh. It doesn’t feel great.

Science news out of Yale says that once a fat cell is on your body, it never goes away. What? Noooo! No wonder the YoYo is ever threatening. Don’t despair. Let’s deflate it and inhibit making more!

How can we do that? There are two things the science shows make the difference. Drum roll: Eat predominately whole, real plant based food and Intermittent fasting.

This doesn’t mean starving or even eating less. It does mean eating in a window of time and adjusting it to meet your goals while staying sane.

I’ve set up a new local based online community to help us chat, encourage, face hurdles and talk real life in a safe friendly environment. It’s outside of big tech sites because the algorithms were making it so you seldom saw plant based believer news. Gasp! That what the metrics research showed. Very sad.
